You can learn more about the listing by looking at the description, photos, host profile, and guest reviews. And if you have questions, just message the host

2- Search and reservation: -

2.1- You can search for hosting services using several options such as service type, travel destination, travel dates, and number of guests. You can also use filters to refine your search results.

2.2 - reservation

When booking a listing, you agree to pay all fees for your reservation including the (iqamaty.com) service fee, taxes and any other items specified during checkout (collectively, the “total price”). ) You also agree that (iqamaty.com) may charge a fee to the payment method as specified in the payment terms used to book the listing to collect the claimed amounts and damage compensation in case of occurrence

 When you receive a booking confirmation, a contract for "booking" hosting services is created. directly between you and the host. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for, compliance with all booking conditions, including without limitation, the Cancellation Policy and all other applicable rules, standards, policies or requirements.  2.4- Experience Reservations and Other Hosting Services

Reserving an experience or booking other hosting services gives you the right to participate in, attend or use that service, it is your responsibility to confirm that you, and any person you invite, meet the minimum age, aptitude or fitness physical or other requirements. You are responsible for notifying the Host of any medical, physical, or other conditions that may affect your ability to participate, attend, or use the Hosting Services. Except as expressly permitted, you may not allow anyone to join the Hosting Services unless they are included as an additional guest during the reservation process.

3-Cancellations, booking modifications, chargebacks and travel issues:-

 3.1 - If you cancel a booking as a guest, the amount you receive will be determined by followingcancellation policy that apply to this reservation, but in some cases different policies apply to certain categories depending on the type and details of the reservation and reservation and refund policy applies here

 3.2 Booking Amendments

Guests and hosts are responsible for any reservation modifications they agree to make via the (iqamaty.com) platform or the (iqamaty.com) customer service directive to make modifications to reservations on their behalf and agree to pay all additional amounts, fees or taxes associated with any modification to the reservation

4 - Your responsibilities and risk tolerance: -

4.1 - Your responsibilities

1. You are responsible for your own actions and omissions and the actions and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation
2. You are responsible for leaving the accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived
3. You are responsible for paying all compensation claim amounts necessary to cover damages caused by you, your guest(s) or pet on the property
4. You must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times
5. If you are booking an additional guest minor or if you bring a minor to the Hosting Services, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor

4.2 - risk acceptance

 You acknowledge that many activities have inherent risks and agree, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to assume the entire risk arising from your access to the (iqamaty.com) Platform and all of its content and use, including your stay at any accommodation, participation in any travel experience, use of other hosting services, or any other interaction you have with other members whether in person or online. This means that it is your responsibility to check the hosting services to determine if they are right for you

Terms that apply to hosts on iqamaty.com

5 - Hosting: -

5. 1- (iqamaty.com) gives you as a host the right to use the (iqamaty.com) platform to share your accommodation or experience Your travel or other hosting services with the guest community - and make money doing it It's easy to create a listing, and you control how you provide hosting and set the price, availability period, and rules for each listing

5.2- When you accept a reservation request, or receive a reservation confirmation through the (iqamaty.com) platform, you enter into a contract directly with the guest, and you are responsible for providing hosting services that you provide under the conditions and at the price specified in the advertisement of the housing belonging to you. You also agree to pay applicable fees such as (iqamaty.com) service fees and applicable taxes for each booking. The amounts you owe will be deducted from your return unless we agree on a different method.

 All terms, policies, or conditions that you include in any supplemental contract with guests must be:

1. Comply with these terms, conditions, policies and information provided in your listing
2. They are clearly stated in your listing description

5.3- Host Independence

Your relationship with (iqamaty.com) is that of an individual or independent entity and is not an employee, agent, joint venture, or partner of (iqamaty.com), except that (iqamaty.com) acts as a collection agent Payments, (iqamaty.com) does not direct or control the Hosting Services, and you agree that you have complete discretion as to whether and when to provide the Hosting Services, at what price and under what clause

6 - Announcing and managing your home: -

6.1 - (iqamaty.com) provides tools to make it easy for you to set up and manage your listing. Your listing must include complete and accurate information about hosting services (price, other fees such as cleaning fees, etc.), and all rules or requirements that apply to your guests or your listing. It is your responsibility to keep your listing information (including calendar availability) and content (such as photos) current and accurate at all times

6.2 - Know your legal obligations

1. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties, which apply to your listing or hosting services for example: Some landlords and rentals restrict or prohibit subletting and short-term or long-term rentals
2. Some countries or official and judicial authorities require hosts to register or obtain a permit or license before providing some hosting services such as rentals, short or long-term stays, or providing any kind of services
3. In some places the hosting services you wish to provide may be completely blocked. Some countries or official and judicial authorities require the registration of guests who reside in your place of residence
4. Some countries and states have laws that create rental rights for guests and additional obligations for hosts.

For example, some laws may regulate rent, rent control, and eviction for long-term stays. Please see your local rules for the rules that apply to the hosting services you plan to offer. The information we provide in relation to legal requirements is for informational purposes only and you should independently assert your obligations. You are responsible for handling and using the personal data of Guests and others in accordance with applicable privacy laws. If you have questions about how local laws are applied, you should always seek legal advice.

6.3 - Ranking of search results.

 The ranking of home ads in search results on the iqamaty.com platform depends on a variety of factors, including these key parameters:-

1. Guest search information (ex: number of guests, trip time and duration, price range)
2. A listing's characteristics (such as price, calendar availability, number and quality of images, ratings, hosting type, host status, listing age, average guest popularity)
3. Guest booking experience (such as customer service, host cancellation history, ease of booking)
4. Host requirements (eg minimum or maximum nights, booking end time)
5. guest preferences (such as past trips, saved listings, and where the guest searches from)

Search results on the mobile app may appear differently than on the website. (iqamaty.com) may allow Hosts to promote their listing ads in search or elsewhere on the (iqamaty.com) Platform by paying an additional fee.

6.4 - YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for your own actions and omissions as well as for the actions and omissions of anyone you allow to participate in providing your hosting services. You are responsible for setting your price and setting the rules and requirements for advertising your listing. You must describe all fees in the description of your listing, and you may not charge any additional fees outside the (iqamaty.com) platform, or take other actions outside the (iqamaty.com) platform in violation of our policies

6.5- Hosting as a team or organization

If you work with a co-host or a host as part of a team, company, or other entity, each individual involved in providing hosting services is responsible in their own capacity and is considered a host under these Terms. If you accept the Terms or enter into Contracts, you represent and warrant that you are authorized By entering into contracts for your team, company or other organization

6.6 - risk acceptance

You acknowledge that hosting has inherent risks and agree that you assume the entire risk arising from your access to and use of the (iqamaty.com) platform, provision of hosting services, and any interaction you have with other members whether personally or Online. You agree that you have had the opportunity to check the (iqamaty.com) platform and all laws, rules, regulations or obligations that may apply to your listings or hosting services and that you do not rely on any legal statement issued by (iqamaty.com)< /p>

7- Booking Amendments, Cancellations, and Travel Issues:-

7.1 - If a guest cancels a reservation, the amount paid to you will be determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that reservation.

As a host, you should never cancel a guest's reservation without a valid reason. If you cancel a guest's reservation without a valid reason, we may charge a cancellation fee and other consequences

 If the guest encounters a travel problem or certain circumstances arise, and the booking is cancelled, your payment will be reduced by the amount we refund or offer to the guest, and all other reasonable costs incurred by us as a result of the cancellation. If a guest receives a refund after you have already been paid, or if the refund amount and other costs incurred by (iqamaty.com) exceed your payout, (iqamaty.com) may refund that amount from you, including by deducting the refund amount from your future payments. You agree that the iqamaty.com's Rebooking and Refund Policy and these terms take precedence over your cancellation policy in situations where you allow a reservation to be canceled and/or issue a refund to guests.

7.2 - Reservation Amendments

The hosts and guests are responsible for any reservation modifications they agree to make via the (iqamaty.com) platform or direct (iqamaty.com) customer service to make on their behalf, and agree to pay any amounts, fees or Additional taxes associated with modification of reservation

8 - Taxes: -

8.1 - As a host, you are responsible for determining and carrying out your obligations under applicable laws to report any VAT or taxes other indirect, tourism, income or other taxes, collected, remitted or included in your price.

8.2 - Transfers and Collections: -

In the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and/or in any other country in which (iqamaty.com) facilitates the collection and/or remittance of taxes on behalf of the Hosts, you direct (iqamaty.com) and authorizing it to collect taxes on your behalf, and/or to transfer such taxes to the relevant tax-related entity. Any taxes collected and/or remitted by (iqamaty.com) for members are recorded in their transaction records, as applicable. (iqamaty.com) may seek additional amounts from Members (including by deducting such amounts from future returns in the event that the taxes collected and/or remitted are not sufficient to fully discharge Members' tax liabilities, and you agree that the sole remedy available to you in respect of taxes collected by (iqamaty.com) is a refund from the relevant taxing authority You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right, with prior notice to affected members, to stop the collection and remittance of taxes in any state and/or jurisdiction for any reason Reasons.

8.3 - Tax Information

In some countries, tax regulations may require that we collect and/or report your tax information, deduct taxes from your returns, or both. If you fail to provide us with documentation that we determine is sufficient to support any such obligation to withhold taxes from your return payments, we may withhold your return payments up to the amount required by law, until sufficient documentation is provided. You agree that (iqamaty.com) may issue on your behalf invoices or similar documents for VAT, GST, consumption taxes or other taxes for the hosting services you provide to facilitate accurate tax declaration by you and/or our guests and/or their establishments.

9- Fees: -

iqamaty.com may charge fees (and applicable taxes) to hosts and guests for the right to use the (iqamaty.com) platform. More information about when service fees apply and how they are calculated can be found at Our Service Charges page. Unless otherwise specified on the (iqamaty.com) platform, the service fee is non-refundable. (iqamaty.com) reserves the right to change the fees for the service at any time, and will provide members with notice of any changes in fees before they become effective. Any fee changes will not affect bookings made prior to the effective date of the fee change. If you do not agree to the fee change, you may terminate this Agreement at any time.

10- Amendment: -

(iqamaty.com) may amend these Terms at any time. When we make changes to these terms, we will publish the revised terms on the (iqamaty.com) platform and update the “last updated” date on the site. at the top of these items. We will also give you notice of any changes by email at least 30 days prior to the effective date. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you may terminate this agreement immediately as provided in these terms. If you do not terminate this Agreement prior to the effective date of the revised terms, your continued access to or use of the (iqamaty.com) platform will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

11- Content: -

Parts of the (iqamaty.com) platform enable you to provide feedback, text, images, audio clips, videos, information, and other types of content, in any form and by any means. You grant (iqamaty .com) grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to any third party to copy, modify, prepare derivative works, distribute, publish, and otherwise exploit this content, without limitation. You are responsible if the content you provide infringes or does not respect the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party. It prohibits, among other things, discriminatory, obscene, harassing, deceptive, violent, and illegal content. You agree that (iqamaty.com) may provide automated services or tools for content translation and that your Content may be translated using such services or tools. iqamaty.com does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of translations, and members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of such translations.

12 - (iqamaty.com) platform rules: -

12.1 - You must follow these laws and you must not assist or induce others to break or circumvent them

1. Be polite and tactful when communicating or interacting with others.
2. You may use personal information of a member only as necessary to facilitate a transaction using the (iqamaty.com) platform as authorized under these terms.
3. Do not request, make or accept a reservation or any payment outside the (iqamaty.com) platform to avoid paying fees or taxes or for any other reason, and in the event that this happens, the (iqamaty.com) platform has the right to claim it If this happens
4. Do not take any action that could abuse or negatively affect the (iqamaty.com) platform or its functioning.
5. Do not ask or encourage guests to open an account, leave a review, complete a survey, or otherwise interact with a third-party website, app, or service before, during, or after booking, unless authorized by My writing from (iqamaty.com) does so.
6. Do not use the (iqamaty.com) platform, messaging tools, or members' personal information to send commercial messages without the express consent of the recipient.
7. Don't lie, misrepresent something or someone, or pretend to be someone else
8. Do not discriminate against or harass others.
9. Do not book hosting services unless you are already using hosting services.
10. Understanding and following all laws that apply to you
11. Do not provide hosting services that violate laws or agreements that apply to you.
12. Do not offer or solicit sex trafficking services or engage in or facilitate human trafficking.
13. Act with integrity and treat others with respect
14. Report violations

13- Termination and suspension: -

13.1- The agreement between you and (iqamaty.com) reflected in these terms is effective when you access the (iqamaty.com) platform and remains in effect until you or we terminate the agreement in accordance with these terms.

13.2 - You may terminate this Agreement at any time by emailing us or by deleting your account. iqamaty may terminate this Agreement and your account for any reason by giving you 30 days notice via email or using any other contact information you have provided for your account.

iqamaty.com may also terminate this Agreement immediately and without notice and cease providing access to the (iqamaty.com) Platform if you violate these Terms, or if you violate applicable laws, or We reasonably believe that termination is necessary to protect (iqamaty.com), its members, or third parties. Or if your account has been inactive for more than a year without the platform incurring any costs or compensation

13.3 - Legal Powers: -

iqamaty.com may take any action it deems reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, or an order or request of a court, law enforcement authorities, or any other administrative or governmental agency

13.4 - termination effect

If you are a host and terminate your (iqamaty.com) account, any confirmed reservation(s) will be automatically canceled and your guests will receive a full refund. If you terminate your guest account, any confirmed reservation(s) will be automatically canceled and any refund will be based on the terms of the reservation cancellation policy. Upon termination of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to recover your account or any of your content. If your access to or use of the (iqamaty.com) Platform is restricted, your (iqamaty.com) account is suspended, or this Agreement is terminated by us, you may not register a new account or access or use the (iqamaty.com) Platform Through another member's account

13.5 - The period of validity of the provisions: -

 Parts which by their nature should survive termination will survive termination of this agreement

14- Ratings: -

After each hosting service, guests and hosts will have the opportunity to rate each other. Your review must be accurate and must not contain any discriminatory, abusive, defamatory or any other language that violates the Content Policy or the Rating Policy.

15 - Resolution of Complaints and Compensation Claims:-

If a member provides valid evidence that you, your guests, or your pet have caused damage to the real or personal property of the complaining member, or the real or personal property for which the complaining member is responsible, including Consequential damages, compensation claim The complaining member can notify (iqamaty.com) and/or request compensation and you will be notified of the compensation claim and you will be given an opportunity to respond. If you agree to pay, or if the compensation claim is escalated to (iqamaty.com) and (iqamaty.com) determines in its sole discretion that the compensation claim is valid and that you are responsible for the compensation claim, (iqamaty.com) can collect the amount of the compensation claim from you. You agree that (iqamaty.com) has the right and authority from you to deduct and/or recover compensation from you, and that (iqamaty.com) may also pursue a claim against you for any remedies that may be available to it under applicable law, including referring the matter to the entity Our legal and/or collection agency and/or follow-up available causes of action and/or claims against you. You agree to cooperate in good faith, to provide all information requested by iqamaty.com, to execute documents, and to take such further reasonable action, in connection with claims for damages and member complaints

16-Role(iqamaty.com) :-

We grant you the right to use a platform that allows members to post, offer, search and book hosting services. While we work hard to ensure our members have great experiences when using iqamaty.com, we do not and cannot control the behavior of guests and hosts. You acknowledge that (iqamaty.com) has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the use of the (iqamaty.com) Platform and to verify information provided by our members. For example, we may review, disable access to, remove or modify the Content with a view to: -

1. Operate, secure, and improve the (iqamaty.com) platform (including for the purposes of fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, and customer support)
2. Processing content that we deem harmful or objectionable
3. Maintain and enforce any quality or eligibility criteria, including by removing listings for listings that do not meet the quality and eligibility criteria. Members acknowledge and agree that iqamaty.com manages its Legal Terms, including decisions as to whether and how to apply to a particular situation, in its sole discretion. Members agree to cooperate with and assist (iqamaty.com) in good faith, provide (iqamaty.com) with such information and take such actions as (iqamaty.com) may reasonably request in connection with any investigation (iqamaty.com) experience about the use or misuse of the Platform

17- Member accounts:-

You must create an account to access and use many features of the (iqamaty.com) platform. Only legal entities, partnerships and natural persons 18 years of age or older are allowed to register. You represent and warrant that you are not a person or entity prohibited from using the (iqamaty.com) platform under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, your place of residence, or any other applicable laws. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date. You may not register more than one account or transfer your account to another person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third party. You are responsible for the activities that occur through your account and you must notify (iqamaty.com) immediately if you suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, or your account has been otherwise compromised. If permitted by applicable law, we may, but have no obligation to

1. Ask you to provide identification or other information
2. Perform checks designed to help verify your identity or background
3. Check your information against third party databases or other sources and request reports from service providers
4. Obtain reports from public records of criminal convictions, sex offender registry, or local equivalent

18- Disclaimer of Warranties:-

We provide (iqamaty.com) platform and all content "as is" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR EXAMPLE:

1. We do not guarantee that any identity or background checks on listings or member listings (if any) will identify past misconduct or prevent future misconduct. All references to a "verified" member or ad (or any similar term) means only that the Member, Advertisement or (iqamaty.com) has completed the relevant verification or identification process and nothing else. The disclaimers contained in these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you have legal rights or guarantees that we cannot waive, the duration of these rights or guarantees required by law will be limited to the minimum permitted by law, and the guest and host forfeit their right to claim the (iqamaty.com) platform for any malfunction, damage, or any other claim, and the guest and host waive (iqamaty.com) responsibility for any of their rights
2. We do not endorse or guarantee the existence, conduct, performance, safety, quality, legality, or suitability of any guest, host, hosting services, listing, or third party
3. We do not guarantee the performance or uninterruption of the (iqamaty.com) platform

19-Limitation of Liability:-

Neither iqamaty.com including its affiliates and employees nor any other party involved in creating, producing or providing the iqamaty.com platform or any content will be liable for any damages Incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, cost of substitute products or services, or for any damages for personal, physical, or psychological injury arising out of or Regarding

1. Using or not being able to use the (iqamaty.com) platform or any content
2. Any communications, interactions or meetings you may have with someone you interact or meet with through or as a result of your use of the (iqamaty.com) platform
3. Post or book a listing, including the provision or use of hosting services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory and whether (iqamaty.com) has been advised of the possibility of such damage, even if the limited remedy set forth in these Terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These limitations on liability and damages are essential elements of the agreement between you and (iqamaty.com). IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

20-Compensations:-

You agree to indemnify and defend (iqamaty.com) to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, at the option of (iqamaty.com), indemnify and hold harmless (iqamaty.com including its employees) from and against any claims or liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including but not limited to legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

1. Your breach of these Terms, including any supplemental or additional terms that apply to a Product or Feature
2. Your improper use of the (iqamaty.com) platform
3. your interaction with any member, your stay at an accommodation, or your participation in a travel experience or other host service, including but not limited to any injuries, losses, or damages (whether compensatory direct, incidental, consequential, or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of such interaction, accommodation, participation, or use,
4. Your failure, or our failure to direct you, to accurately report, collect, or remit taxes
5. Your violation of any laws, regulations, or party rights such as intellectual property rights or privacy rights

21- Contracting entities: -

Based on your country of residence or organization and what you do on the (iqamaty.com) platform, Table 1 below identifies the (iqamaty.com) entity you are contracting with. If we identify through the iqamaty.com Platform an iqamaty.com entity other than the entity identified in Schedule 1 as being responsible for a product, feature or transaction, the iqamaty.com entity so identified is your contracting entity with respect to that product, feature or transaction. If you change your country of residence or organization, the (iqamaty.com) company with whom you contracted (as defined in Table 1) and the applicable version of the Terms of Service will be determined by your new country of residence or organization, as of the date on which you change your country of residence or Your organization.

22- The applicable law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and its place: -

If you are a resident or place of residence in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Lawsuits must be filed in the Amman Court of First Instance unless we agree on another site, and the (iqamaty.com) platform alone has the right to file a lawsuit in any place of jurisdiction and/or another country as it wishes. This condition does not apply to the guest and the host

23-Miscellaneous:-
