Iqamati service fee

When the reservation is confirmed, we charge a fee for Iqamati services to run smoothly and pay for costs associated with services such as our 24/7 customer support.

There are two different fee structures for accommodation (Breaking Fee and Host Only Fee)
 

• Shared fees

The host and guest split the cost of this pricing system, which is the most common

• Host Fee:

The average host fee is 2%.

This fee is calculated from the subtotal of the reservation (bed for the night + cleaning fee + additional guest fee / if any) excluding my stay fee and taxes will be automatically deducted from the host's return

• Guest fees:

Guest service fee less than 13% of reservation subtotal (nightly rate + cleaning fee + additional guest fee, if applicable - excluding "my stay" fee and taxes) This fee varies based on a variety of factors and is displayed on the checkout page prior to booking in order to be everything is clear 

• Fees borne by the (host) only

With this structure, the entire fee is deducted from the host's payment. It is usually 13 to 15%, but the costs for monthly stays may be lower

VAT may be charged on the above fees as per the rules of the respective country where applicable, the service fee is inclusive of VAT

We reserve the right to amend our service fee rates at any time and will notify you of any changes in advance when they become effective. Reservations made prior to the effective date of the fee change will not be affected by any fee changes.
